Elysha Decker
Elysha Decker is an MBA student at San Diego State University. As a Marketing Specialist at the Entrepreneurial Management Center (EMC), she is primarily responsible for coordinating the Lavin Entrepreneur Program, an undergraduate year intensive program that provides students with experience and exposure to entrepreneurship. She also helps coordinate and market several other EMC programs including the website for the San Diego Advanced Defense Technology (SDADT) Cluster.
Elysha graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with majors in Marketing and International Business. She gained unique leadership and event planning skills through working with the Babcock Institute, an International Dairy Institution at the university, and through being a top competitor and Fundraising Director for the UW-Madison 3 Event Collegiate Water-Ski Team. Elysha gained a unique international perspective after spending a semester in Seville, Spain, where she learned Spanish business practices from taking 15 units of business classes in Spanish, visiting local companies, and networking with local business professionals. She tried to continue her leadership and international skills through becoming a peer advisor for exchange students at UW and being involved with the International Business Student Association. Elysha aspires to obtain career in a marketing field that continues to keep her involved internationally.
