A proposal will be submitted by each CCAT team to the board and mentors. The proposal will cover the technology background, a statement of project objectives, methods proposed for reaching objectives, and a timeline.

Final Report
A final written report and oral presentation will be required at the conclusion of the marketing research project. The final report will include an executive summary, technology background, statement of project objectives, methodology, results, and recommendations.

Database Input
Teams are also required to prepare the final reports for input into
a searchable database. Specifically, we require input in form of:
- An abstract
- Key contacts
- Key web-sites
- Key words
