Accounting & Office Assistant
Initial Impression (www.initialimpression.com) is looking for an accounting and office assistant to assists both the Accounting and Operations Manager and the Program Manager with programs and daily tasks. The role would include the following:
- Invoicing imprinted products orders (daily).
- Charging credit cards for invoicing and monthly billing, and follow-up with customers on problem cards (daily).
- Back-up on answering and servicing Accounting, Imprinted Department, and Operator phone lines - transferring calls to others as necessary.
- Filing completed POs, and closing out online orders when completed.
- Other projects as they arise, including within the Accounts Receivable and Payable areas, and special fulfillment projects.
The ideal candidate would have the following characteristics:
- Detail-oriented, flexible, multi-tasking, and organized.
- Comfortable with technology (particularly MS Word and Excel, and ability to learn new technology programs)
- Strong customer service and people skills, and comfortable phone skills.
Starting at $8.50/hr, with performance based raises.
Regular office hours are 9-5pm, but could work around other hours, if needed. Work schedule can change each semester and option to work full-time during any and all school breaks. Prefer 3 days a week, minimum hours 15+ per week.

The Fundación Consejo España-Estados Unidos, in Madrid, Spain, is a private foundation which brings together notable representatives from financial, business and professional sectors, public administration and politics, as well as cultural and academic institutions. The priority for most businesses is developing marketing strategies and marketing plans which will allow for expansion of relationships to larger markets.
