Join us for a free interactive workshop on "How to Transition to the Next Generation". We will be looking at pertinent issues such as Governance Structures that should be implemented in your Closely Held and/or Family Business. We'll also be covering the importance of empowerment, and raising questions such as: Are you prepared to empower the Next Generation? And if so, can they afford to make the mistakes the founding generation made? Are the NxG managers, stewards or entrepreneurs? Are the NxG collaborators, innovators or do they just feel entitled by birthright?
