Exhibit Fair Guidelines

For the Venture Challenge Exhibit Fair, each team will create an exhibit to present their business to the public. This event takes place Thursday evening of the Venture Challenge competition. This is a mandatory part of the competition as judges will be present and the Showstopper Award, Craig P. Dunn Award for Social Innovation and the R. Michael Pack Environmentally Sustainable Award are judged based on the team's performance at the Exhibit Fair. Each team will be provided with a 6'x 3' skirted table for your exhibit materials. You will also have several feet of space behind your table for exhibit space. Other than this, you may not exceed the space limits that a table of this size will allow. Electrical outlets, Internet access, projectors, screens etc. will not be provided and must be rented from the hotel.
