Entrepreneur Day, March 13, 2012

An Entrepreneurial Village

SDSU's Entrepreneurial Village, 2011

The date is set - it's time for you to get on board with SDSU's Entrepreneur Day! Contact Adrienne White at awhite@emc.sdsu.edu or 619-594-2162 to find out how you can take part in one of SDSU's most exciting celebrations.

Entrepreneur Day, hosted by the Entrepreneur Society (ES) at San Diego State University (SDSU), in collaboration with the Entrepreneurial Management Center (EMC), brings together SDSU alumni and student run companies to celebrate our mutual passion for entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneur Day 2010

On March 13th, 2012 thousands of students, alumni, and community members will walk through the "entrepreneurial village" on Campanile walkway from 10:00am to 2:00pm where they'll be hit by the energy of over 50 thriving businesses all working to promote their companies, sell their products, and energize potential customers with the spirit of entrepreneurship.

Thom McElroy, Volcom Co-Founder

Last year, successful alum companies like Volcom, Rubio's, Costco, Wahoo's, Soccer Fanatic, FitnessQuest 10 were side by side with student-run businesses like iPoncho, Deuce Brand Fashion Sports Watches, and Padern Collective Experience. Students were drawn into our "Ask the Entrepreneur" and "Meet the Entrepreneur" tents where the founders of these and other incredible brands answered questions and gave words of wisdom to young entrepreneurs.

The word is out- Entrepreneur Day is a MUST for SDSU alum or student companies, both large and small! Don’t miss this opportunity to showcase and celebrate your company on the San Diego State campus! To sign up contact Adrienne White at awhite@emc.sdsu.eduor call 619-594-2162.

Competition makes you stronger. If our top competitor didn't exist, we would have to make them up.
