Capital For Your Company
As you look to start or grow your company, you may need funding. Whether you use your own capital or you initially rely on friends and family, at some point, you may need additional capital. That infusion of capital may come from early stage or “seed” individuals or companies that are known as Angels.
In addition, you may seek funding from venture capitalists that will provide you with additional capital but you will give up some percentage of your firm as well as some management control. Before you seek funding from either source, talk to someone you trust for advice.
